Incorporating emerging technologies that enhance connectivity to in-vehicle electronics and discrete sensor points, the Pilgrim Technology LLC secure wireless sensor interface allows for seamless, secure transmission of sensor data and full two-way diagnostics ability with support for query and reconfiguration.
These technologies include the use of wireless networking protocols such as militarized wireless Ethernet (802.11x) and other radio frequency communications to reduce the burden of space claiming wire harnesses. The incorporation of these technologies allows for connection to critical elements of the vehicle electronics network and a secure information flow of diagnostic and vehicle health data to the maintainer to help insure readiness in mission critical situations.
Pilgrim Technology is addressing concerns related to latency, bandwidth and mobile mesh with regard to utilizing a high degree of secure wireless communications. Traditional devices and technology often hinder the bandwidth (increase latency) thus limiting application types. With Pilgrim Technology and the advanced abilities we have proven through our research we continue to drive toward highly reliable and focused delivery of time sensitive applications such as Video, Audio, Telemetry and Control and Emergency Stop.
