Shipboard RFID Integration and Mobile RFID Platform goes aboard ship. The
USS Nassau recently saw evidence of the benefits of having an RFID
integration effort. The platforms are mobile and secure using FIPS 140-2
products and solutions. The platforms are also rugged. Procedures were
followed to include the proper DITSCAP and IATO was in place prior
to the integration.

Passing reads were not slowed to any particular speed. Mobile RFID readers allow for greater flexibility.
