Systems Engineer I- Midland, MICHIGAN, HQ

Personal Characteristics: Self-motivated, energetic, organized, verbal, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and profit.  Comfortable in working with customers of varying sophistication.  Reliable, tolerant, empathetic team player with a client-focused mentality.

Must posses a valid and up to date MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) validation. Must be familiar with server, virtualization, HyperV, and microsoft products. Must be technically minded and posses troubleshooting skills on servers and destops of varying models and designs.

Must be an excellent communicator, and have the ability to handle a high volume of email traffic and telephone calls.  Able to communicate articulately via written media, including letters, emails and Instant Messages. 

Able to demonstrate success and experience managing clients with varying technical and business sophistication. Must posses additional technical skills with ability to install and terminate fiber, copper and voice lines. Must be able to install and trobuleshoot data and voice lines. Must be able to service lines with T-1 or POTS service. Must posses ability to use technical tools, such as line scanners, copper and fiber optic, multimeters, oscilliscopes, wireless network tools.

Specific Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Exchange 2007 and 2010, web hosting and other web-based services offered by FS4 USA required. Some technical background is required. 

Compensation: Base plus generous performance-based bonus $30-60K Base, Plus Certification Bonus, per Microsoft or other partner certifications, Health Insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO), some dental coverage offered, life insurance offered, other beneftis as describe in our employee handbook. Must be able to pass a background investigation, credit evaluation and random drug screening. Must possess a valid and current drivers license and vehicle insurance. Must have reliable transportation.
