FS4 USA (Future Solutions for the USA)

Co-Founded by Jill Pilgrim and Jim Pilgrim the company started operations in 2002 as Pilgrim Technology LLC.  Pilgrim Technology began by offering communications services, Information System Security Consulting and wireless design services.

Pilgrim Technology quickly expanded through the years with the company and employees earning a number of awards. The "Emerging Business Award" was awarded in January of 2006, Pilgrim Technology having been recognized as business that contributed to the economic strength of the Mid-Michigan community.  In the following month (February) Jill Pilgrim Co-Founder and CEO of Pilgrim Technology was awarded a “RUBY” award, which recognizes Mid-Michigan professionals on success, community and non-profit involvement. 

In April of 2006 Pilgrim Technology was once again recognized as a “50 Top Company to Watch” in the state of Michigan, during the award ceremony Pilgrim Technology was also recognized as the “Best Small Business” for region 5 in Michigan.  Following on the success of the prior year, in 2007 Pilgrim Technology was award the Expansion Award in Mid-Michigan for taking significant efforts in physical expansion, investment and sector growth.  In October of 2007 Pilgrim Technology was once again awarded with a State of Michigan,  “Michigan Diversification Award – Defense Business”, for increasing Defense related business in the state of Michigan.

Since 2007 Pilgrim Technology has evolved into a premier information services company, offering Hosting Services, Microsoft hosting services, Information Technology solutions, infrastructure cabling and wiring services, telecommunications services for Avaya / Nortel and Alcatel / Lucent. 

Pilgrim Technology continued expansion in the government sector providing service to the State of Michigan, the US Army and the US Navy. With commercial business expanding, Pilgrim Technology moved offices to the industrial side of Midland, MI. The new space allowed for construction of the new data center and laboratory space needed due to expansion. Within the new facility Pilgrim Technology made significant infrastructure investments to provide for redundant data and voice services to building, redundant power and secure facility operation, making it the first commercial data center in Midland.

In January of 2010 FS4 USA HOLDINGS, LLC acquired all assets and ownership of Pilgrim Technology, LLC and then changed the name of Pilgrim Technology to FS4 USA, LLC.  FS4 USA, being Future Solutions 4 the USA. FS4 USA is focused on providing best in class secure services to customers in IT, Hosted Services, Cloud Computing, Telecommunications and Data line services.  FS4 USA maintains headquarters in Michigan.
