Tax Exemption – Online Purchases:

| Pilgrim Technology can provide the State of Michigan products exempt from State sales automatically on electronic
purchases from our website. All State of Michigan agencies may use the following code to exclude state sales tax from
their order. The exempt code is “MITE2006”, enter this code without the quotes on the page that asks for billing information.
The bottom field will be “Tax Exempt Code”, enter this code provided and tax will be excluded from your order.

| Purchase Orders:
|
| Pilgrim Technology will accept purchase orders from the State of Michigan. Each purchase order should have the required
signatures before faxing to our sales processing department. The purchase order should clearly state the “ship to” address
and must be a valid state address that can be verified. Fax all purchase orders to Sales Processing at 989-837-2235. Orders
for services will require use of our Government Rates which are available on the Federal GSA Website or by calling us and
requesting a copy of our GSA service rates.

UNAUTHORIZED USE POLICY:
|
Pilgrim Technology will automatically assign sales tax to any order that does not qualify for
the exemption. If you are a business requesting exemption or a non-profit agency requesting exemption from state sales tax
a legal copy of your exemption needs to be on file before placing your order. Exemption certificates should be addressed to
sales processing and faxed to 989-837-2235, 4 hours before placing your order online.
